70/30 Revenue Split — Locked
Partners receive 70% of every project. The 30% platform fee is fixed and not negotiable per partner.
Fair Rotation Algorithm
Project distribution: 40% time-in-queue, 25% tier, 20% rating, 15% skill match. Anti-gaming protections prevent abuse.
Zero Tolerance Violations
Permanent ban (no appeal): fraud, harassment, discrimination, data theft, off-platform solicitation, undisclosed subcontracting. Data theft also triggers legal action.
