Frequently Asked Questions

Practical answers about BobsWork, our AI Workers, pricing, trials, security, and how to get started today.

What is BobsWork? +

BobsWork is an AI Workforce Company that builds specialized AI Workers for CEOs and operators. Rather than one general-purpose chatbot, BobsWork ships a coordinated lineup of workers that each handle a specific executive function — operations, leads, finance, care, hiring, board reviews, and more — that operate as a team around your business.

Capabilities vary by Worker and plan. BobsWork is designed to keep the business owner in command while each Worker supports a defined operational responsibility.

What is an AI Worker? +

An AI Worker is a specialized digital worker built for a defined business function — such as operations, pipeline support, customer care, finance, or reporting. Its available memory, integrations, approvals, and automation depend on the specific Worker and plan.

BobsWork organizes its public offerings as Standard AI Workers, Premium AI Systems, and Ultra Premium or consultation-based systems. For current classifications and availability, see the pricing page.

What does BobX Command Center do? +

BobX is the always-free operational command layer that sits on top of every BobsWork account. It pulls activity, decisions, integrations, and Worker health into one CEO-grade overview so you can see the whole company at a glance before you start the day.

BobX is included with every account regardless of which AI Workers you activate. Learn more on the BobX product page.

What's the difference between Standard, Premium, and Ultra Premium offerings? +

Standard AI Workers are self-serve, billed monthly, and cover the everyday executive functions — leads, finance, care, content, hiring, and the rest of the lineup. Premium AI Systems (BobConnect, BobBoard, Investor Intelligence, etc.) involve deeper integrations, setup, and ongoing support, and are gated behind an approval process because they touch more of your operating system. Ultra Premium tiers are enterprise consultation engagements for full company-buildout.

For prices, eligibility, and which Workers sit in which tier, see the full pricing page — the figures there are the source of truth.

How do trials and activation work? +

The Standard AI Worker trial lets you explore your selected Workers hands-on before paying. The exact trial length, credit-card policy, and which Standard Workers are included in the trial are listed on the pricing page — those details are the source of truth and may differ across Workers.

Premium and Ultra Premium offerings follow an application / consultation flow rather than a self-serve trial, again detailed on the pricing and intake pages.

How do I choose an AI Worker? +

Most new operators start with the AI Worker picker during onboarding, which shows the full lineup, what each Worker is best at, and which pair well together. If you already know what you need, jump straight to the relevant product page; if you're not sure, the Solutions by Industry page and the WiseGuide matching flow walk you through a short set of questions and surface the right starting Worker.

You can always add, swap, or retire Workers later — the roster is yours to shape.

How is pricing determined? +

Pricing is set by Worker, plan, or engagement. Some offerings are self-service subscriptions, while others may include setup, integration, or a consultation-based scope. The pricing page and individual product pages are the source of truth for current figures.

Any multi-Worker pricing, discounts, eligibility, or special terms will be shown in the applicable checkout, pricing page, or approved proposal.

Can I use multiple Workers at once? +

Yes. Businesses can activate more than one Worker when the combination fits their operations and plan. The pricing page and product pages explain current compatibility and purchasing options.

The right combination depends on your workflows, existing tools, and business stage. Use the published contact channel when you need help evaluating a larger or consultation-based setup.

How do approvals and human oversight work? +

BobsWork is designed to keep the owner in command. Approval behavior depends on the Worker, its configuration, the connected tools, and the action being attempted. Review each Worker's settings and approval controls before enabling outbound, financial, destructive, or relationship-changing actions.

How is my data and security handled? +

Data handling, authentication, payment processing, retention, and available account controls follow the current Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Capabilities and data access can vary by Worker and connected service.

For additional platform information, review the security statement or contact the published support channel.

What if I cancel — do I keep my account and data? +

Cancellation, continued account access, reactivation, billing obligations, and data retention follow the applicable plan, checkout terms, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy. Review those terms before canceling so you understand what remains available and for how long.

How do I get support or escalate an issue? +

Send support, press, partnership, or general inquiries to info@wiseman.life. Include the affected account, Worker, and a clear description of the issue so it can be reviewed and routed appropriately.

Use any in-product help or approval channel shown in your workspace when it is available. Do not rely on the FAQ as a promise of a specific response time, staffing level, or on-call service.

How does BobsWork relate to WiseLifeOS? +

Wiseman LLC is the parent ecosystem builder. BobsWork is its own company and provides the AI Workforce. WiseLifeOS is a separate company focused on ongoing business care and operational intelligence, while Link-Up Lounge is the separate community and collaboration company. The companies can work together within the Wiseman LLC ecosystem, but BobsWork is not a WiseLifeOS product.
